Metal Letters
Real-metal letters in two types: fabricated or flat-cut dimensional letters, and open-face fillable letters.
- Material
- 201, 304 or 316 stainless, or aluminum
- Illumination
- Non-illuminated, or face- and halo-lit variants
- Mounting
- Stud-mounted or adhesive
- Types
- Dimensional & flat, or fillable
- Finish
- Brushed, mirror, titanium or painted
Always fabricated from real metal rather than a coated substitute, for strength and stability. The mainstream choice — corrosion-resistant and suitable for almost every interior and exterior application.
Dimensional & Flat letters are fabricated in 3D or cut flat from stainless steel or aluminum. Fillable letters are open-faced, and the channel is filled — with resin, artificial moss, flowers or anything else the design calls for.

Letters fabricated in three dimensions, or cut flat from solid plate. Used inside and out on storefronts, public buildings and office walls, and needs very little maintenance to last for years.

05Questions3 items
Which stainless steel grade should I choose?
304 is the mainstream choice and suits almost any interior or exterior application. 201 costs less but can rust, so it's best for interiors, short-term projects or a tight budget. 316 is the most corrosion-resistant grade, for coastal and salt-spray sites, acid rain, chemical-plant environments, or hot, humid conditions.
Which finish is easiest to maintain?
Brushed is the easiest to live with — it hides fingerprints and light scratches, rinses clean, and stays stable against corrosion. Mirror is strongly reflective, so every fingerprint and water mark shows, and light scratches can't be polished out. Painted gives full color freedom and resists dirt, fingerprints and UV, though a hard knock chips the paint and touch-ups can show a slight color difference.
What can go inside a fillable letter?
Almost anything that holds its shape in the channel: resin, artificial moss, artificial flowers, pom-poms, bouncy balls or sweets. Tell us the fill with your artwork and we'll build the letter around it.
