This notice explains what information jaguarsignage.com collects, why, who else handles it, and the choices you have. In short: we use the details you send us to reply with a quote, and we use Google Analytics to see which pages and ads are useful. We don’t sell your information.
Who we are
The site is run by Sichuan Jaguar Sign Express Co., Ltd. (“Jaguar Sign”, “we”), No. 10, 99 Western Zone Avenue, Hi-Tech West Zone, Chengdu, Sichuan, China. For anything about your information, email info@jaguarsignage.com.
What we collect
When you request a quote. Your name, email, and anything else you choose to enter: phone, company, product type, project details, and photos or artwork you attach. We also note which language version of the site you used, so we can reply in kind.
Which ad or link brought you here. If you arrive by clicking one of our ads or a tagged link, the site keeps the ad’s click ID and campaign tags (for example, which campaign and keyword), the page you landed on and the date. They are kept in your browser for up to 30 days and sent with your quote request, so we can tell which ads lead to inquiries.
How the site is used. Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location (country and city, from your IP address), your device and browser, and whether a quote request was sent. It uses cookies to recognise a returning browser. It doesn’t give us your name or email.
Technical data. Our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details with each request, as every website does. We also use the IP address briefly to block automated spam on the quote form.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare drawings and quotes, and handle any order that follows.
- To see which pages, searches and ads are useful, so we can improve the site and spend our advertising sensibly.
- To keep the quote form free of spam and the site secure.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK: we handle quote requests because you asked us to (steps before a possible contract) and in our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
Who else handles it
- Our team in Chengdu, China, who read and answer quote requests.
- Vercel, which hosts the website.
- Resend, which delivers quote requests from the website to our inbox.
- Google, for Google Analytics, and Google Ads to measure which ads lead to quote requests.
- Shipping and logistics partners, only if you place an order, to deliver it.
These providers are located in the United States, China and elsewhere, so your information may be handled outside your own country. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t currently use it to show you ads on other websites. If that changes, we will update this notice first.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests: as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any order, and to keep normal business records.
- Ad and campaign tags in your browser: up to 30 days.
- Google Analytics data: no longer than our Google Analytics retention setting, at most 14 months.
- Your cookie choice: stored in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data.
Cookies and your choices
Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_…. If your browser is set to a European time zone, we ask before using them. Elsewhere they load by default. Either way, you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or block cookies in your browser. Google also offers a browser add-on that turns off Google Analytics on all sites.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Email info@jaguarsignage.com and we will reply within 30 days.
- EEA and UK: you also have the right to restrict or move your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
- California: you have the right to know, correct and delete the personal information we hold, and not to be treated differently for asking. We don’t sell or share it for targeted advertising.
Children
The site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
