The letter is cut from acrylic and finished with a thin metallic coating in chrome, mirror silver, gold or rose gold.
The real-metal surface is Jaguar Sign's own core technology: metal particles are sputtered onto the acrylic by magnetron sputtering, and the letters can be engraved for a three-dimensional face — at a much better price than traditional metal letters.
Supplied unlit, or lit with LED strip or circuit board — backlit for a halo on the wall, or front-lit.

- Construction
- Letters are cut from acrylic and given a thin metallic coating, so they read as polished metal.
- Coating
- Metal particles are sputtered onto the acrylic by magnetron sputtering — a real metal surface, in chrome, mirror silver, gold or rose gold. The face can also be engraved for a three-dimensional effect.
- Illumination
- Unlit, or lit by LED strip or circuit board — backlit to throw a halo onto the wall, or front-lit through the face.
