Jaguar Sign staff wiring and assembling illuminated letters at the Chengdu factory
Manufacturing & Capabilities

One factory. One-stop production.

12,000m², 11 workshops, in-house end to end — from first sketch to a crate on a truck.

Design, materials, fabrication, finishing, and packing all happen on our own floor across 11 workshops — nothing is subcontracted out and re-badged. That is what keeps quality, lead time, and color consistency inside our own control rather than a supplier's.

Facility & process
How the factory is run
  • ISO 9001Quality management system, audited annually by an IAF/CNAS-accredited body.
  • ISO 14001Environmental management system — for buyers with supply-chain ESG requirements.
  • ISO 45001Occupational health and safety system, for social-compliance audits.
Product & market access
Where the signs can be sold
  • ULListed to UL 48 and CSA C22.2 No. 207 — accepted for US and Canadian sign permits.
  • CELow Voltage and EMC directives — legal to place on the market across the EEA.
  • RoHSDirective 2011/65/EU — clears EU restrictions on hazardous substances.

Signed certificates are available in the document gallery on our About page.

Integrated illuminated circuit board
In-house tech · 01

Integrated illuminated circuit board

We design and build our own LED boards rather than assembling signs from generic bought-in modules — driving, wiring, and mounting are integrated onto a single board in the electronics fabrication workshop.

That keeps the illumination system inside our own quality process end to end, and it means a reorder years later can be built to the same board, not to whatever module is on the market that season.

Magnetron sputtering vacuum coating
In-house tech · 02

Magnetron sputtering vacuum coating

Metal-tone finishes are vacuum-deposited on our own magnetron sputtering line, in a dedicated coating workshop, instead of being sent out to a third-party plater.

Keeping the coater in-house is what makes color-matched reorders practical across a multi-site rollout — the same line, the same process, months or years apart.
