A light box is a lit cabinet: an aluminum or stainless frame with a fabric or acrylic face, lit evenly from inside by LEDs. It mounts flat to a wall or projects from it as a hanging blade sign, and the graphic can be changed without replacing the cabinet — tensioned fabric, clip-in film or applied vinyl.
Even light across the face comes from the build: LEDs spaced no more than half the cabinet depth apart, strips 4cm apart or closer, a white reflective interior, and at least 8cm of depth on large faces. Outdoor cabinets are sealed and drained, with weatherproof power and UV-rated graphics.

04Questions2 items
How do you prevent hot spots or striping across the face?
Correct spacing between LEDs relative to cabinet depth, a reflective white interior, tight strip spacing, sufficient cabinet depth on larger faces, and a uniform face material all work together — miss one and the others can't fully compensate.
Can the graphic be changed later without replacing the whole cabinet?
Yes. Tensioned fabric is the most common option for frequent outdoor changes, UV soft film suits indoor or semi-outdoor displays, and backlit adhesive graphics work for smaller hard-panel boxes that change rarely.
